During the press conference to address the issue of the purported insolvency case, I emphasized that I am solidly solvent as an entrepreneur in Malaysia. I have accumulated tangible and intangible assets from my 50 years of experience. I also mentioned that I have never declared myself to be bankrupt or filed for bankruptcy.
I have written to the Malaysian government to allow my lawyer to continue negotiating with Patrick Healy’s lawyer to set aside the US court order. If it fails, I will file my Statement of Affairs to the Department of Insolvency director general by depositing RM3 million cash in case the department has to deal with Patrick Healy.
