As Chinese New Year approaches, I can’t help but think back to my past.
As I’ve started my journey in the property and real estate sectors, I am still and always on the look out for opportunities to further develop the industry. After discovering and learning about the potentials of blockchain technology, I am convinced that it has the ability drive digital transformation and advance the real estate industry.
For that reason, during the Chinese New Year gathering at The Mines Resort and Golf Club last week, I have encouraged our new generation of youngsters in the real estate industry to embrace the digital transformation and blockchain. I see a lot of potential in not only new, advanced technology, but also in the youth who can easily adopt, utilize and disseminate the power of blockchain technology to continue developing the industry. In addition, I also signed a document with the founder of HomeDopt, Tang Kiah Ming, to establish a good cooperative relationship.
As blockchain can bring more efficiency, security and transparency to the real estate investment process, it can build trust and faith in investors on their investment in real estate. Thus, I believe that, not only will it enhance the industry, but it may also revolutionize the real estate industry for the better.
