國有國法，黨有黨規。
六月八日清晨你親身到我家交來的本未倒置的判決，我黨對我凍結黨籍一年，但根據信函，我依法依規在十四天上訴，至今仍未收到任何回应。黨不是一個人的黨，你答應安排見總會長，討論黨的前途問題，尤其是黨選，直選，謝泉勇滲透馬華，部份馬青領導支持MALU APA 的嚴重道德問題，馬華人如何結合世界華人經濟，馬來西亞華人公會應提升為世界華人公會等建議，但至今你貴人事忙，音讯全无。現在納吉罪成，大選又來臨，總會長不公平，不公正對待黨的事務，必需得到合理的處理，得到全體黨員的重視，得到全華社的關注。
請問總秘書，我依法上訴，中委會靜靜，我是否自動解凍，是否可助選獨立人士？或自動上陣人士？
我將附上繁榮中華* ，華人的將來文章供你指正，參考。馬華萬一有一天像巫統，一度成為非法，注冊新巫統，世界華人公會可能是很好的退路，大家的退路，中萊同志要再出來為民服務，回到原來選區，原地出发，精神可嘉。不过，總秘書的選區也是我們黨員關心的課題。
吾李金友與魏家祥同志沒有個人的恩恕，只有為黨與族群福祉的曾經合作，沒有競爭，珍惜馬華歷史資源的寶貴，歷屆總會長都是我創立的世界華人經濟峰會主賓，嘉賓，吾創辨的馬中商務理事會，借中國和平崛起力量，本想為國家族群打造一個更廣更大的經濟政治平台，馬華可以引導華人青年更有上進心，道德心，文化自信，教育自信，生意自信，納稅自信，成為更有自信的族群，立足馬來西亞，放眼全世界，追求公平對待，受尊重，有尊嚴的馬來西亞華人族群。
有鑑於此，今天特到東甲，會見拿督鄭修強，拿督吳池池，勸說他別心灰意冷，要學丹斯裡廖中萊重新出发 ，不妨考虑以獨立人士代表準備中的世界華人公會，修強同志在柔佛，
其成績無論在招商引資，旅遊，服務精神，可圈可點，本是馬華在柔佛的好人才，華人社會優秀的政治人才，失去可惜。
而我现在比较关心的问题，是独立60年之后，马华是要继续內鬥內行，外鬥外行，还是认真对待我所提出的建议，團結一致，马华应该改为世界华人公会，以团结全世界的华人為目標，建立一個有真正政治實力的華人政黨。

Dear Datuk Chong Sin Woon, Secretary General of MCA
Every country has its own laws, and every party has its own rules.
On the morning of June 8th, you personally came to my home to hand over in person the confusing party decision letter. My party has suspended my lifetime party membership for one year, but according to the letter, I have also appealed the party decision within 14 days in accordance with the Party Constitution and rules. So far I have not received any response. The party is not a party of a few people, you promised to arrange a meet up with the president to discuss the future of the party, especially regarding the party election, the direct election mechanism, the incident of Cheah Chyuan Yong infiltrating MCA, some MCA Youth leaders supporting MALU APA campaign, the issue of moral and ethics ,as well as how Malaysian Chinese can integrate with the world Chinese economy, and MCA rebranding itself to the World Chinese Association etc, but so far you have been too busy and there have been no further updates. Now that Najib is convicted and sent to jail, and the general election is coming, in these matters the president has been unfair and treated party’s affairs unfairly. This issue must be handled properly, and it must be taken seriously by all party members and the entire Chinese community.
Dear Secretary General, I appealed to the party accordingly, but the Central Committee remained quiet, does that mean my membership would be automatically restored? Can I take part in assisting independent candidates?
I will share the article “Makmur Tiong Hua”*, an article about the future of Chinese community, for your review and reference. In case MCA becomes illegal for a period of time like UMNO and have to reregister as a new party in the future, the World Chinese Association may be a good alternative for the party and for everyone. Sdr. Tan Sri Liow Tiong Lai decision to serve the people again, to return to his old constituency and to start afresh from the same place, this is a truly a commendable spirit. However, the constituency of the secretary general is also a topic of concern to our fellow party members.
I have no personal grudge with Sdr. Wee Ka Siong, we merely collaborate with each other for the wellbeing of the party and the Chinese community, we are not competing, we both cherish the precious historical resources of MCA. All past presidents have been the guests of honour for the annually World Chinese Economic Summit that I have founded; As well as the Malaysian China Business Council, leveraging the power of China’s peaceful arising, our aim was to create a broader and larger political and economic platform for the communities in our country. MCA could be guiding the Chinese youth to be more self-motivated, better morale, to become a community with confidence in our culture, our education, our businesses, our taxation system; to set foot in Malaysia and eying the world, pursuing fair treatment, and to become the Malaysian Chinese community with dignity that is well-respected by others.
In view of this, I have personally travelled to Tangkak today to meet up with Datuk Tee Siew Kiong and Dato Goh Tee Tee, and to persuade them not to be disheartened by the series of events and the current state of turmoil. They should learn from Tan Sri Liow Tiong Lai, and should consider to stand as independent candidate representing the World Chinese Association which is currently in preparation. Sdr. Siew Kiong has performed extraordinarily well in Johor, be it in attracting investment, promoting tourism or his servicing spirit, he is a good talent for MCA Johor and an excellent politician for the Chinese community. As such is a great pity to lose him.
A major concern that I have now, is that after 60 years of independence, whether MCA should continue all the meaningless infightings or quarrelling, or would consider my suggestions seriously, to unite together. MCA or Malaysian Chinese Association should rebrand itself into the World Chinese Association, with the ultimate aim of uniting Chinese all over the world, make Malaysia as centre of Chinese diaspora , to build a real Chinese political party with real political strength which will benefit our beloved country.
